We usually prepare a quote within 2 business hours of receiving key data about the project. We focus on the specifics.
How long does an initial due diligence audit take?
We conduct an initial analysis of legal risks in 4 to 7 business days. After this deadline, you receive a report with concrete conclusions.
What does a corporate audit before sale contain?
We verify the status of registry entries, the correctness of shareholder resolutions, and HR documentation. We organize these areas to increase your business valuation.
Do you serve companies outside of Rzeszów?
We focus on entrepreneurs from Rzeszów and the surrounding area, which allows us to be on-site when time and direct contact count.
Can I count on an in-person meeting?
Of course. We work from Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 at our office at ul. Mickiewicza 21. Please schedule an appointment in advance.
