At Ambicja i Prawo Consulting, I lead a team that has focused on transaction security in the Subcarpathian region for 9 years. Instead of theoretical analyses, I prefer concrete provisions in contracts that really protect our clients' interests. We focus on the specifics. We read contracts without ambiguity because I know that in the business world, every hour of delay costs money.

Over the last decade, I have advised on over 67 company purchase and sale transactions. I know the local market in Rzeszów and I know the problems entrepreneurs face when a change in ownership structure comes into play. The rules are clear to us: we do not get involved in risky arrangements that do not have solid support in documents.

My approach was developed based on 47 conducted due diligence audits. I do not look for faults for the sake of it, but secure gaps that could generate unnecessary costs later. In working with clients, I value direct contact — you always know who you are talking to. If a matter is complicated, I say so directly, without legal jargon that only obscures the situation.
